I needed my late-father's house fully cleared at very short notice. Ray and Laura from Clear A Space came out the same week. They arrived on time and were very thorough, considerate and professional. They discussed my needs, explained any issues, and sent me a detailed quote later the same day. I considered the price to be very fair considering the amount of work involved. They went out of their way to squeeze my job in, in order that the house sale could be completed on time. I would like to thank clear A space for there Professional service as trying to skip my rubbish was unsuccessful with people going in the skip at nights I decided to get home clearance done on the three bedroom house after being let down by other house clearance Clear A Space come to my rescue as my dead line was so close they did everything possible to clear the property by my dead line which was only 7 days and what a brilliant service I received polite and nothing was to much trouble would recommend them to anyone and I would like to thank them so much for a brilliant job ~ David E

I contacted the company to clear the contents from a property occupied by my mother, who has moved into care. Ray and Laura visited at a time to suit me and produced a quote that day that was acceptable. I paid the deposit and a date was agreed. On the day they turned up on schedule, and carried out the work. The property was left clean and tidy with paperwork for my records. I bless the day that I employed Ray and Laura from "Clear A Space" to clear and clean my House. I suffered a sudden illness and hospitalisation that left me disabled and unable to continue independent living. Living in a rented house it was an urgent task to get the property cleared and cleaned to a standard that would pass the landlord's inspection. Clear A Space were professional from the outset producing an itemised quote following an onsite survey by the following day. Having agreed terms they collected keys from a neighbour and started their work on schedule. During the course of the two day programme they kept me updated and raised queries as to my requirements. The work was finished on time and according to my specifications. Importantly, they provided me with photographic evidence of their diligence. Even when I'd settled accounts with them Ray and Laura were still supportive, inquiring as to my wellbeing. From start to finish communication with Laura was excellent. They managed to fit me in as I had to clear my father in law's bungalow as quickly as possible.
